SUTTON Coldfield continue their good form and remain top of the Midlands 1 West after another bonus point win.
Newly promoted Ludlow struggled to match the power and mobility of the Sutton pack and the pace in the backs.
Sutton scored nine tries and seven conversions while restricting their opponents to two converted tries.
Dan Poulton at fly half contributed 19 points with a try and seven conversions and ace finisher Andy Tovey scored a hat trick of tries on the wing with a sizzling display.
Brook Davies scored two tries, giving him impressive playing figures for a prop, scoring five tries in four games having scored a try in each of the previous three games.
The other tries were scored by full back Dave Edwards who contributed a brace, plus No8 Mark Evans and Dan Poulton who scored a try each.
Tomorrow (Saturday) Sutton face fourth placed Worcester Wanderers in the Roger Smoldon ground, Walmley Road, KO 3pm.
Sutton 2nd XV lost 28-18 to Worcester Wanderers in the league.
